| Review | Owners had very rude and condescending attitudes. When there was a problem they got angry and would not discuss with us. They made us feel so uncomfortable in their accommodation that we had to leave 2 days early as it had already ruined our trip. I have worked in hospitality for over ten years and never come across such people. when we found another hotel in another close by town we found out that this was not the first time this had happened. Towels were dried when dirty and left on floor as requested for cleaning, bed sheets were not changed over the 7 nights that we were there (booked in for 9), and the room was never cleaned and facilities only topped up first two days and never after that, the highchair available for use was filthy and had no safety straps, dirty napkins were used for breakfast 3 days in a row and inside eating area was left dirty each day. The breakfasts were superb and the room fantastic but the lack of cleanliness and the owners rude and unapologetic attitudes ruined our whole stay. NOTHING was said of our departure. |
